Goals

A Goal is one named goal with a progress bar: followers make one-time contributions and every contribution is yours whether or not the goal is reached — no deadline unless you set one, and nothing to ship. Use it when supporters ask how they can help with a project. Supporters pay upfront as guests toward the target you set.

What it is

Supporters who ask how they can help with a project can contribute once by card as guests toward a named target. Brillay gives the people already asking you a way to pay. You choose whether progress appears as an exact amount, a percentage, or stays hidden, and you can set an optional deadline. Contributions are charged immediately, and only contributions to that specific goal move its bar. Several goals can be open at once. Each goal has its own public page. Nothing to ship.

  • You name the project, set its funding target, and explain what the contributions will cover.
  • Supporters pay upfront by card as guests.
  • You can show progress as an exact amount, a percentage, or a hidden total.
  • Several Goals can be open at once.
  • Only contributions made to a specific Goal move that goal’s progress bar.
  • Nothing to ship.
