How we keep it safe

  • ✓ Creators can reject and refund inappropriate requests
  • ✓ Anyone can report a violation from a creator page, an order page, or the safety report form
  • ✓ Follower-submitted request and message text is screened by automated moderation before checkout and on order surfaces; reports and other flagged content may also be reviewed by Brillay
  • ✓ Brillay uses automated content detection to help enforce these safety rules, and content that does not meet our requirements may be rejected.
  • ✓ The platform can remove content, hide entries, block users, block payments, and suspend or terminate creator accounts
  • ✓ Serious or repeated violations can lead to content removal, blocked payments or monetization, suspension, account termination, or permanent banning
Reporting: See something that breaks these rules? Use the Report link on any creator page or on your order page, use the safety report form, or email support@brillay.com. Rights holders and other aggrieved parties may report alleged copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property violations, privacy violations, or safety and policy violations the same way. The platform can suspend creators and reverse payments for safety and compliance reasons.
Reminder for followers: Keep it respectful. Adult content, harassment, private contact requests, and offline meetup requests are not allowed. Creators can reject and refund inappropriate requests.

How Brillay is built

Each line is a structural fact about the product, not a feature claim.

  • •Followers pay as guests: no follower account, no signup between the decision and the sale.
  • •One-time payments, not memberships: nothing owed monthly, by the creator or the follower.
  • •Nothing to make first: a creator can be live today and take an order before anything exists, because what is sold is the answer to one follower’s request.
  • •Made for one person: every answer, commission or video is made for the follower who paid, not the same file for everyone.
  • •Asynchronous: written replies on the creator’s own time — the first inside a window the creator sets, each follow-up within 24 hours — no live call, no scheduling, no time zone.
  • •Price, scope and delivery time are published up front; the follower submits a brief and pays before work starts — no negotiation in DMs, no invoice to chase.
  • •The follower never leaves the creator’s own page: no marketplace roster, no ranking, no application to be listed.
  • •No follower minimum and nothing to apply for: it works from the first follower.
  • •A Goal keeps every contribution whether or not the target is reached, has no deadline unless the creator sets one, and ships nothing.
  • •No monthly fee: the platform fee exists only on orders that were actually paid, so growing costs nothing.
  • •The work finishes: no members, roles or feed to keep running, and no payment that depends on publishing again.
  • •Support arrives as money toward what the creator names, not as items from a list or rewards to fulfil.
  • •Followers pay the creator’s page under the public name the creator chooses: that name is what they see on the page, at checkout, on their card statement and on their receipt, while the creator’s legal name goes only to Stripe for identity verification and payouts.
